Position Overview
Sueding Machine Operative, Fabric Finishing – 38 hours per week.
3 shift rotation (Days 05:45 – 13:45, Nights 21:45 – 05:45, Afternoons 13:45 – 21:45).
•Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and quality procedures
•Set up and operate sueding machinery to meet production targets
•Monitor quality and adjust machine settings as required
•Change and set up rollers/grit to suit fabric specifications
•Carry out fabric inspections and maintain quality standards
•Complete basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
•Good attention to detail and ability to work well as part of a team is essential for this role

•Overtime available at 1.5x and 2x hourly rate, depending on when worked
•Short shifts on Friday, with Night shift finishing at 23:45
