Ready for more than just another practice role?

I'm currently working with a growing independent accountancy practice that is continuing to invest in both its people and its future.

This isn't a replacement role.

The firm has recently strengthened its audit team with the appointment of a newly qualified Semi Senior and is now looking for an experienced Audit Senior to help support their development whilst playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.

This is a practice where you'll be known by name, have direct access to the Directors and genuinely influence the future direction of the team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion.

You'll build strong relationships with clients, support the development of junior team members and work closely with the Directors to deliver a high-quality service across a varied client portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion

• Managing client relationships

• Reviewing work and providing technical support

• Supporting and mentoring a recently appointed Semi Senior

• Working closely with Directors on client delivery

• Identifying opportunities to add value for clients
