Aspire People are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a lovely and welcoming secondary school in Caerphilly for a 4-day-per-week, long-term placement starting in September.

The Role
4 days per week, long-term position starting in September
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 to a mixed-ability cohort
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging and creative lessons
Supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes in line with curriculum expectations
Encouraging a love of literature and language through innovative teaching approaches
Maintaining a positive, structured and well-managed classroom environment

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge within English
Experience teaching up to KS4
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

EWC registration (or willingness to register)
