Are you a skilled CNC Turner/Setter or Programmer looking to work at the cutting edge of motorsport manufacturing? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Setting up, operating and maintaining Fanuc CNC Lathes to produce high-precision motorsport components.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications to deliver flawless results.
* Programming and adjusting machines to optimise efficiency, accuracy and finish.
* Conducting quality checks, measuring tolerances and maintaining documentation to ensure parts meet strict standards.
* Collaborating with engineers and production teams to continuously improve processes.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Setter, ideally in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency with Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes (programming experience is a plus).
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and inspection procedures.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for motorsport or high-performance engineering.
