The Role
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation’s overall business objectives.
Review, update and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
Partner with the senior leadership team, providing expert guidance and support.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
Provide coaching, training and advice to managers, promoting best practice and consistency.
Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
Coordinate and promote learning and development programmes, training activities and career growth opportunities.
Champion effective communication and collaboration across all departments and teams.
The Person
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution (or similar).
Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A hands-on, pragmatic approach with excellent coaching, and relationship-building skills.
CIPD qualified (preferred)
Salary description
£50000.00 - £60000.00 per year
