* Full Time / Permanent
* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
* Alternating Saturdays 8:30am-1pm
* Salary £28,000 - £40,000 dependant on industry experience
Key Tasks of a Service Advisor:
* Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
* Dealing with customer enquiries on the Service Reception counter.
* Liaising with the team of technicians.
* Helping manage the work load in accordance with customer expectations.
* Managing service bookings on day to day basis
* Assisting with the collection and delivery of customers vehicles
* Helping to move vehicles in the yard when required to do so
* Liaising with Subcontractors to arrange works and chasing when required
* Dealing with invoicing
* Assisting with ordering parts and returns when required to do so
* Handling payments from customers
Requirements of a Service Advisor
* 4+ years experience within an Automotive Service Advisor position or similar role within the automotive industry
* Must have a valid UK driving licence
* Must have an eye for detail and able to use various Microsoft packages and Outlook
* Have excellent customer service skills
