Lead a Major New Dutch Retail Account
We're partnering with a leading global packaging and brand implementation agency to recruit a Dutch Speaking Senior Account Manager for a newly secured European retail account.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile Dutch FMCG packaging programme from the outset, acting as the key client contact and overseeing the delivery of complex packaging artwork projects across multiple product categories.
Working with a major European grocery retailer, you'll lead packaging and artwork programmes from brief through to production, managing large-scale SKU rollouts whilst collaborating with creative, artwork, production and quality teams across the business.
Regular travel to Amsterdam will form part of the role as you build strong relationships with client stakeholders and support the continued growth of the account.
The Role
* Take ownership of a major Dutch retail packaging account
* Manage end-to-end packaging artwork projects from brief through to production
* Lead large-scale SKU rollout programmes across multiple product categories
* Coordinate artwork development, approvals, version control and production schedules
* Work closely with creative, artwork, production and QA teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to retailer specifications
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
* Manage project reporting, budgets and commercial performance
* Support account growth and identify opportunities for further development
About You
To be successful, you'll already have experience managing packaging artwork projects within a packaging agency, brand implementation agency or FMCG environment.
You'll be confident working directly with clients, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess a strong understanding of packaging production and artwork workflows.
Essential
* FMCG packaging and artwork experience
* Packaging agency, brand implementation or FMCG production background
* Experience managing complex packaging projects and SKU rollouts
* Strong understanding of artwork processes and production workflows
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with strong project management capabilities
Desirable
* Fluent Dutch language skills
* Experience working with European retail accounts
* Additional European language skills including German or French
