We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Design Manager to join a busy and growing national sub contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment on a variety of technically interesting projects.

A well-established speciaist contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple sectors, including:

* Projects are typically £1m–£15m in value
Requirements
* Proven experience working for a Sub contractor as a Design Manager
* Strong background in Facade, Cladding and Building Envelope packages
* Experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Professional, proactive, and positive approach
