Due to continuous company growth, ASC Connections are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment company in Redditch. This role would suit someone who is hands on, previously from a production or manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Flexibility is essential, including working different shifts and weekends when required
Overtime available
Temporary to Permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out loading and filling duties within production
Following detailed written instructions and processes
Carrying out basic calculations as part of daily tasks
Handling materials and products
Supporting general production and warehouse activities
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
Good English and Maths skills
Ability to follow written instructions and carry out calculations accurately
Physically fit and able to undertake continuous lifting
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
Desirable:
FLT licence (not essential - training will be provided after successful probation)
