Hunters are delighted to be recruiting for a growing, product-led international business seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Compliance to lead its compliance, quality assurance and regulatory function.

This is a senior leadership role managing a team of four across the UK and Hong Kong, ensuring products meet UK, EU and international regulatory requirements while driving quality standards, supplier compliance and continuous improvement across a global supply chain.
  
Head of Quality & Compliance - The Role:

Lead all quality, compliance and regulatory activities across multiple consumer product categories
Manage and develop a UK and international compliance team
Oversee audits, supplier assessments, product safety documentation and quality systems
Ensure compliance with UK, EU and international regulations
Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain compliance
Act as a key stakeholder for audits, certifications and regulatory matters   
Head of Quality & Compliance - About You:

5+ years' experience in Quality, Compliance or Product Safety within consumer products
Strong knowledge of UK, EU and international product regulations
Experience managing people and cross-functional projects
Background in audits, supplier compliance and quality systems
Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
