Staffline is recruiting Quality Inspectors in Walsall.
The rate of pay is £15.00 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4:30pm, with flexibility to extend this or move to the afternoon shift, dependent on task.
Your Time at Work
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, materials, or processes meet defined quality standards and specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency, safety, and compliance within manufacturing or production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection of bolts at quantity and part type level only (no PPAP required)
- Comparison of the load to the provided paperwork
- Review of paperwork standard of completion and provision to a standardised process
- Investigation of source of failure (8D)
- Ability to use Excel and Outlook applications at an intermediate level
- Able to communicate findings and present in an open forum
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit and able to stand for long periods. You will show great attention to detail and not be intimidated to raise concerns.
Applicants will have good English and maths skills.
Warehouse picking leadership or specific quality inspection experience is required.
