My client is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to be based on a scheme in Essex covering construction works through to completion on a new build industrial project. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £2m to £30m in value.
The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Commercial, Mixed-use and Industrial.
