Due to continued growth, a leading refrigeration specialist is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join their established team covering Ashford and the surrounding area. The successful engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple customer sites. This is a mobile role offering plenty of variety, autonomy, and opportunities to maximise earnings through overtime and standby payments.

The Role

✔ Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration systems

✔ Fault finding and diagnosis of refrigeration equipment

✔ Attending reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs

✔ Completing planned preventative maintenance visits

✔ Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

✔ Providing excellent customer service on site

✔ Covering Ashford and the surrounding region

Salary & Benefits

✔ Basic salary up to £48,000

✔ Additional standby allowance

✔ Door-to-door travel paid

✔ Overtime paid at 1.5x

✔ Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at 2.0x

✔ 1 in 4 call-out rota

✔ Company van provided

Requirements

✔ Previous experience as a Refrigeration Engineer

✔ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

✔ Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems

✔ Full UK driving licence

✔ Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
