About the Role
We are seeking aspiring teachers to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.
Successful applicants will:
Work across various subject departments, based on your strengths and interests
Support teaching and learning in the classroom and small group settings
Receive high-quality training and mentoring
Develop your understanding of pedagogy and behaviour management
Be supported to progress onto a teacher training programme (e.g. PGCE, School Direct, or salaried route)Graduates - Aspiring Teachers (Secondary School)

Hold (or are on track to achieve) a bachelor's degree
Are passionate about working with young people
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are committed, resilient, and eager to learn
