How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Location:100% Work from home /Fully remote working - full home set up and options for hybrid

    Salary:Up to £35-£60k depending on experience plus uncapped OTE bonus OTE £100k

    Contract Type: Permanent, full time flexible working

    Role :

    As a Recruitment Consultant & Fee Earner, this is a great move into the executive search market and niche engineering professional sectors . You will be working in a supportive established team and profitable environment. Maintaining and developing a profitable, compliant, and professional desk with strong historical and warm relationships on a retained and/or a contingency basis depending on the role of an interest .

    As a Recruitment consultant /senior recruitment consultant /Manging recruitment consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the professional recruitment campaigns including

    * Full management of the of the clients and candidate relationships

    * Looking after the existing clients to ensure the exceptionally high levels of repeat business continues.

    Experience required:

    Recruitment Consultant /Fee earning background.

    It’s essential you have some previous recruitment experience – but we are open to sectors as well as desk experience . Temps or Perms, Contracts or Interim , Contingency or Retained .This could be your first move into Engineering and Technical Recruitment or you may already be an established recruiter seeking more flexibility , better rewards or a more supportive environment .You will have full training and support from the existing recruiters who are specialists in their sectors , dedicated training managers and external training both in person and remote .

    Desirable sector background (though not essential)

    Engineering, Food and Drink, FMGG , Medical /Pharmaceutical ,Consumer ,IT , Technology and Technical, executive search .

    This role would suit a Recruitment Consultant /Fee Earner /headhunter/executive search consultant ,senior recruitment consultant or principle recruiter or a manager and team leader that is looking for a recruitment fee opportunity with 100% flexibility of working from home .You will be fully supported with indepth training , great IT , CRM and strong marketing /advertising budget .You will be working in a team of recruiters that are some of the best in the markets that they work in .
