We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters / Property Maintenance Operatives for an established property maintenance contractor working across Kent postcode areas.
This is ongoing work with approximately 6 months secured, offering consistent daily assignments and an immediate start for suitable candidates.
🔨 The Role:
You will be carrying out a variety of kitchen and bathroom installation and maintenance works, including but not limited to:
* Kitchen fitting and repairs
* Bathroom installations and refurbishments
* General multi-trade maintenance works
* Basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works
📍 Location:
Kent and surrounding postcode areas
💰 Pay:
* £180 per day
* CIS / self-employed (to be confirmed at screening stage)
* Paid via agency for the first 4 weeks, then direct payment with client on a 4-week cycle thereafter
🚐 Requirements:
To be considered, you must have:
* Your own van
* Your own tools
* Valid public liability insurance
* Asbestos Awareness certificate
* Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom fitting or multi-trade property maintenance
* Reliability and ability to work independently on occupied properties
