We are seeking a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Halesfield area of Telford, you will be working day shifts Monday to Friday (45 hours per week which includes an early finish on a Friday), and the job comes with a starting pay rate up to £14.00 per hour (dependant on experience). Overtime opportunities are also available and paid at T1/2 premium rate once you've completed a three-month probation.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has some experience within Plastics or PVC manufacturing, but they are prepared to look at someone who has a good manufacturing background and is keen to learn.
A Full UK Driving License is PREFERRED.
This role would be a good fit for someone who has come from the Injection Moulding / Plastics / Manufacturing industry and has previously worked as a Plastic Welder, Plastic Welding, Plastic Fabrication, PVC Moulding, PVC Trimmer, Assembly Operative or Production Worker.

Assemble and fit components with precision, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed in the workplace.
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in Plastics or PVC manufacturing is highly desirable.
Previous experience within manufacturing is essential.
