We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent community pharmacy seeking a Relief Pharmacist to lead their friendly and supportive team in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified pharmacist or experienced pharmacist looking to step into a developing independent pharmacy chain.
The Role
As Relief Pharmacist, you will:
- Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Ensure safe, efficient dispensing and compliance with regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries, and the local community
- Drive service development and enhance the pharmacy’s clinical offering

About You
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
- Interest in developing clinical services
- Independent Prescriber qualification desirable, but not essential
