How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    You're a Quality Engineer who takes ownership and gets things right the first time.

    We're looking for a Quality Engineer with strong PPAP experience to take responsibility for the creation, management and submission of customer PPAP packages. This is a key role within the business, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with customer requirements.

    Working closely with engineering and production teams, you'll coordinate the collection of data required for submissions and ensure PPAP approvals are achieved on time.

    What you'll be doing

    Producing and submitting PPAP documentation
    Managing PPAP requirements from customer enquiry through to approval
    Preparing and maintaining supporting PPAP documentation
    Coordinating the collection of dimensional, material and process data required for submissions
    Liaising with engineering and production teams to ensure PPAP requirements are met
    Managing customer PPAP submissions and approval processes
    Maintaining accurate PPAP records and document control systems
    Supporting new product introductions through the PPAP process

    3+ years' experience producing PPAP documentation within a manufacturing environment
    Strong understanding of PPAP requirements and submission processes
    Experience managing customer PPAP submissions from start to finish
    Excellent document control and organisational skills
    Ability to work effectively with engineering and production teams
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
