Are you a Junior Fitter or similar looking to join a newly established Plant Hire company offering a Mon-Fri schedule, company van, real training and qualifications working closely with Operational Manager and Directors within a young environment?

Established in 2020, this plant hire company quickly become a leading name in the plant hire and machinery industry and now boast over 100 high performing plant machinery. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a permanent Plant Fitter to be their only technician, working closely with Directors and with genuine opportunities to grow with this young company.

In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, fitting, and repair of plant equipment within the workshop and Middlesborough patch. The role involves diagnosing faults, carrying out routine servicing, and undertaking major component overhauls. This role is a mix between workshop and mobile servicing no further than 45 miles from their workshop.

This role would suit a Junior fitter with a real passion for plant machinery looking to join a new Plant Hire company that is growing exponentially offering great training and real progression as the only Plant Technician

The Role:

Servicing, diagnosing and repairing Plant equipment
Days based at workshop or mobile (Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm)
Extensive training on all plant machinery including LOLER qualifications
Annual bonus (Percentage of salary)
Plenty of overtime available and door to door pay on mobile jobs (1.5x rate)
