We are working with a leading residential developer, who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced planner to work on major housebuilding schemes. You'd work on a portfolio of immediate development land projects, as well as strategic land schemes

This role would suit someone an experienced individual who can hit the ground running, and is comfortable leading on a portfolio of projects from day on

You’ll work closely with the land director and planning director, but will have a degree of autonomy to just crack on with your projec
ts.
On offer is a salary of circa £65k - £85k and there is flexi working availa
ble.
