Logistics Coordinator - Nights

SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator for a long-standing client in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Transport or Freight Forwarding who thrives in a high pressure, solutions driven environment.

Working Hours

* 19:00 – 07:00am Tuesday to Friday

* This role will include some weekend work

Key Responsibilities:

* Planning and tracking UK and European shipments

* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email

* Obtaining transport quotations and providing logistics solutions

* Coordinating road freight and air freight movements

* Liaising with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams

* Monitoring KPIs and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time

* Managing shipment documentation, PODs, and system updates

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience within Transport Planning, Logistics Coordination, or Freight Forwarding

* European transport planning experience is essential

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
