How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our vibrant HQ in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic graduate / entry-level role to join and play a key role in supporting our sales operations, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic international brand.


    What you’ll be doing:

    • Managing wholesale and direct-to-consumer order processing, ensuring seamless service for customers, distributors, and online buyers
    • Supporting sales across digital platforms and helping to grow our presence
    • Providing general administration to the sales team, including researching, pitching, and connecting with new business opportunities
    • Preparing and collating sales packs, and coordinating sample dispatches with couriers
    • Building and nurturing relationships with UK and international clients
    • Acting as a helpful, professional point of contact when handling phone calls for the business


    What we’re looking for:

    • A strong academic background – graduates welcome!
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone manner
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to master our ERP system
    • Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
    • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
    • A positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and develop
    • Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
