How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Lovell IT team is seeking an IT Project Manager to join them and play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives within Lovell.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful and growing organisation with evolving IT requirements and an ambitious change agenda. The successful candidate will lead projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to live implementation.

In addition, you will support the transition, adoption, and early-life support phases—ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated, projects comply with agreed governance and standards, and a robust service transition process is maintained throughout.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management capabilities, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to agreed timelines.

You will have proven experience in project management, with the ability to deliver projects across the full lifecycle from initiation through to implementation. Experience in business analysis is important, with the ability to gather, interpret and translate business requirements into effective solutions. You will also have an understanding of test management processes to support successful delivery and validation of outcomes.
