How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    360 Recruitment Consultant - Legal Support Desk

    📍 Location: Glasgow
    💰 Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + Commission + Benefits

    About the Role

    We are looking for a driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a thriving Legal Support Desk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities, and identifying exceptional talent within the market.

    No previous recruitment experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, determination, and hunger to succeed. Full training will be provided. Experience within sales, business development, customer-facing roles, recruitment, or a business-related degree would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.

    Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with legal firms and professional services clients
    Proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging top legal support professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and market mapping
    Headhunting high-calibre passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines within your specialist market
    Conducting candidate interviews and assessing skills, experience, and career aspirations
    Developing a strong understanding of the legal support market and becoming a recognised specialist within your sector
    Generating new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio through networking, relationship building, and commercial activity
    Managing the offer process, negotiating terms, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates What We're Looking For
