About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded operator to help drive revenue growth across Pastest, Medics Money, and The Medic Life.
Working directly with the CEO, you will identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance, develop new revenue streams, and ensure commercial thinking is embedded across the group.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering measurable results.
Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, not activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Pastest, Medics Money, and The Medic Life
- Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
- Identify and launch new revenue opportunities, including courses, partnerships, sponsorship, and affiliate opportunities
- Improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Support the development of B2B, institutional, and commercial partnerships
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure commercial opportunities are prioritised and delivered
What This Role Is Not
This role is accountable for revenue outcomes, not functional ownership.
You will work closely with existing leaders but will not directly own Product, Marketing, Operations, or Finance.

Who This Role Will Suit
This role is for someone who is energised by growth, commercial performance, and building things.
If your ambition is to manage a large team, this is probably not the right role. We are looking for someone who is hungry, commercially minded, and obsessed with finding ways to grow revenue.
You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, testing ideas quickly, and adjusting course based on results rather than waiting for perfect answers.
