Warehouse Supervisor– Nights

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Supervisor Nights to join our night shift team in a fast-paced print and production environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong machine experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and progress towards full-time supervision.

Shift Pattern available

Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Monday- Friday
Salary: £13.35 p/h

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor Nights :

Operate machinery across print and finishing departments
Work flexibly across different production areas, including finishing processes
Take on chargehand responsibilities when required, supporting the wider team
Lead by example to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety
Assist in coordinating team activities and ensuring smooth workflow
Support supervisory tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You as a Warehouse Supervisor Nights :

Previous experience in machine operation within manufacturing or print
Some supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
Ability to work across multiple functions and adapt to business needs
Strong work ethic with a proactive and responsible approach
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in progressing into a full-time supervisory role
