Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular and highly respected law firm in York for a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that offers high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and an excellent work-life balance.

Location:  York | Hybrid Working
Salary: £41,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE
PQE: 2-5 years PQE

Responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor:

Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
Advise clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration, and Trust matters.
Provide tailored estate planning advice to a diverse client base.
Draft and review legal documentation relating to private client matters.
Handle both taxable and non-taxable estates.About You as a Private Client Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE in Private Client Law.
Experience handling a broad caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration, and Trust matters.
Strong technical knowledge of Private Client law and procedures.
Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.Benefits:
