The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing that vision to life. This is a newly created position with the opportunity to shape how the club is seen, experienced and remembered across every touchpoint. Working closely with the Marketing & Commercial team, the successful candidate will help create compelling content, support major campaigns and contribute to the continued growth of one of the most exciting clubs in the game.
The impact you'll make
- Design engaging creative assets across digital, print and matchday environments, helping bring the London City Lionesses brand to life.
- Create content for social media, campaigns, sponsorship activations, commercial proposals, events and supporter engagement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of creative marketing campaigns that strengthen fan engagement, grow audiences and elevate the club's profile.
- Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, partnerships, media, retail and football operations to support a wide range of creative projects.
- Contribute ideas and creative thinking that help shape campaigns, content and the overall supporter experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual consistency across all club communications and brand touchpoints.
- Support matchdays and club events, helping capture and deliver creative content in fast-paced environments.

Your skills and experience
- Experience creating high-quality visual content across digital and print channels.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating strong design skills, attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- A good understanding of the sports landscape.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation or commercial projects.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content best practice.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
