How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

London City Lionesses are one of the most ambitious clubs in women's football and part of the Kynisca group - a pioneering global organisation founded by Michele Kang with a vision to transform the future of women's sport. Following promotion to the Women's Super League, the club is entering an exciting new chapter as it continues to establish itself amongst the leading teams in the women's game.

Driven by a high-performance culture and long-term vision, the club is investing significantly in its people, infrastructure and supporter experience. As London City Lionesses continue to grow, there is a clear ambition to build a distinctive brand, create meaningful connections with supporters and partners, and become one of the most recognisable organisations in women's football.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing that vision to life. This is a newly created position with the opportunity to shape how the club is seen, experienced and remembered across every touchpoint. Working closely with the Marketing & Commercial team, the successful candidate will help create compelling content, support major campaigns and contribute to the continued growth of one of the most exciting clubs in the game.

    The impact you'll make

    • Design engaging creative assets across digital, print and matchday environments, helping bring the London City Lionesses brand to life.
    • Create content for social media, campaigns, sponsorship activations, commercial proposals, events and supporter engagement initiatives.
    • Support the delivery of creative marketing campaigns that strengthen fan engagement, grow audiences and elevate the club's profile.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, partnerships, media, retail and football operations to support a wide range of creative projects.
    • Contribute ideas and creative thinking that help shape campaigns, content and the overall supporter experience.
    • Maintain high standards of visual consistency across all club communications and brand touchpoints.
    • Support matchdays and club events, helping capture and deliver creative content in fast-paced environments.
    • Help shape the future of the creative function, joining a role with significant opportunity for growth and influence.

    What's in it for you?

    • The opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing clubs in women's football at a transformational stage of its journey.
    • A genuinely varied creative role with exposure across marketing, commercial, partnerships, retail and fan engagement.
    • Significant creative freedom and ownership, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and influence campaigns.
    • The chance to help shape the visual identity and supporter experience of an ambitious Women's Super League club.
    • Daily breakfast and lunch provided on site.
    • Opportunities for professional development, training courses and continued learning.
    • A collaborative, ambitious and values-driven culture where individuals are encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the club.

    Your skills and experience

    • Experience creating high-quality visual content across digital and print channels.
    • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    • A creative portfolio demonstrating strong design skills, attention to detail and visual storytelling.
    • A good understanding of the sports landscape.
    • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation or commercial projects.
    • Understanding of social media platforms and content best practice.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
