leWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Specialist to support the implementation of Point of Care Testing (POCT) solutions across healthcare settings within Greater Glasgow & Clyd
e.This is a field-based role focused on delivering high-quality operator training, supporting clinical teams during implementation, and ensuring a positive user experience across hospital and community environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving user adoption, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring training excellence throughout the deployment lifecycl

- on.Build strong working relationships with ward teams, POCT teams, clinical stakeholders, and project tea
- ms.Ensure all training activities are delivered in line with governance, quality, compliance, and patient safety standar
