How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

At Complii, we are on the lookout for a Partnerships Director to lead and scale our FM and Strategic Account function across the Group. This role is focused on driving multi-vertical growth, securing large multi-site partnerships, and embedding a consistent, high-performing account management model across Water, Air, Fire, and Electrical.

If you enjoy building strategic relationships, shaping commercial direction, and influencing performance at Group level, this is a role where your impact will be visible across the entire organisation. You will play a critical role in delivering our organic growth ambitions, strengthening our market positioning, and ensuring our partnership strategy translates into measurable revenue and EBITDA performance.

From day one, the priority is clear: secure new FM and Strategic Accounts, implement a scalable partnership framework, and align divisional teams behind a joined-up, insight-led commercial strategy.

What you receive for joining us

We believe in rewarding strategic leadership and commercial accountability, which is why we offer a exce base salary with uncapped bonus potential (OTE £120,000). This includes 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension and benefits package, hybrid working with UK travel, and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of Complii’s commercial growth.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing

    • Developing and delivering Complii’s FM and Strategic Account strategy, securing a minimum of £3m in new multi-service business annually
    • Leading commercial proposal development, complex contract negotiations, and public sector opportunities using tools such as HubSpot, Glennigan’s, and BiP Solutions
    • Building long-term senior stakeholder relationships, overseeing onboarding and mobilisation, and driving retention and cross-divisional growth
    • Leading sales enablement across the Group, improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and seller performance through structured governance and insight

Can you show experience in some of these areas

    • Proven experience securing and managing large multi-site FM or Strategic Accounts within compliance, engineering, or multi-service environments
    • Strong commercial acumen, with experience negotiating multi-service contracts and driving profitable growth
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning divisional stakeholders behind a shared commercial strategy
    • A strategic yet hands-on mindset, with the credibility and clarity to influence at Board and senior leadership level

If you feel you have the skills and drive to shape a national partnership strategy, even if you don’t meet every requirement above, we’d still love to hear from you. Complii is a leading integrated provider of safety and regulatory compliance services across our water, air, fire, and electrical divisions, supporting organisations nationwide to operate safely, compliantly, and responsibly.

This is a hybrid role with UK-wide travel, offering the opportunity to build and lead a strategic function that will define Complii’s next phase of growth
