Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Schedule:
* Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am
* Thursday: 4:00pm – 1:00am
* Friday: Off
* Early finish every Thursday!
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Appleton Thorn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where full training will be provided on manufacturing machinery and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery following training
* Assisting with production and assembly processes
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Supporting the wider production team as required
* Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential
* Candidates with no direct experience will be considered if they have a genuine interest in manufacturing and are eager to learn
* Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive
