How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Data & Analytics Delivery Manager

    This is your chance to lead a talented team of BI Developers, own our BI strategy, and deliver high‑value analytics products that empower every corner of our organisation.

    What you’ll lead

    As our Data & Analytics Delivery Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our BI capability — designing, developing and executing a roadmap that brings clarity, consistency and innovation to how we use data.

    You will:

    Shape our BI strategy and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business priorities
    Champion insight‑led decision‑making across all domains
    Lead agile delivery and embed right‑first‑time user story practices
    Manage backlogs and prioritisation to maximise business value and speed
    Set standards for dashboards, reports and semantic models
    Collaborate with architecture teams on data integration across Snowflake, SAP and other sources
    Embed data governance, quality and compliance into every solution
    Act as the escalation point for your team, removing blockers and resolving competing priorities
    Measure BI adoption, NPS and value generation to drive continuous improvement
    Build, coach and develop a high‑performing BI team
    Ensure BAU reporting remains accurate, timely and relevant
    Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Power BI features and releasesWhat you’ll bring

    You’re a confident, proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of data, people and strategy. You’ll succeed here if you have:

    Proven experience creating and executing a BI strategic plan
    Strong senior stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
    A structured, fact‑based and highly organised approach
    Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and collaboration skills
    A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for innovation
    Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams
    Strong storytelling skills — turning insights into compelling narratives
    Hands‑on experience with Power BI, semantic modelling, SQL, Microsoft 365
    Experience with Snowflake, SAP, SAP BW
    Agile delivery experience (sprints, ceremonies, iterative development)
    A relevant undergraduate degree (preferred)
