How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

    Reporting directly to our Head of Paid Media and working collaboratively with the Managing Director, you will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimisation for our clients’ paid portfolios. While you’ll have your hands across multiple platforms, your true superpower will be unleashing the full potential of Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.

    This isn't a "set and forget" role. You’ll be diving deep into data, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, and ensuring our clients' creatives look flawless and convert like crazy.

    What You’ll Be Doing
    • Driving Performance: Strategy, setup, management, and scaling of high-performing paid advertising campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads.
    • Creative Direction: Collaborating with design elements, bringing a sharp eye for visual aesthetics to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand, and optimised for conversions.
    • Deep-Dive Analytics: Moving far beyond basic platform metrics to uncover true business impact using advanced attribution and analytics tools.
    • Client Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor, confidently presenting strategies, performance updates, and commercial insights to clients.
    • Innovation & Testing: Constantly researching, testing, and implementing new ad features, frameworks, and beta tools.
    • AI Integration: Evaluating and deploying the latest AI developments in advertising—knowing exactly when to leverage the pros and how to navigate the cons.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns specifically for e-commerce businesses (agency background preferred).
    • Meta Mastery: A proven track record of managing high-performing Meta Ads campaigns that deliver strong ROAS and scalable revenue.
    • The Tech & Trend Factor: A deep curiosity about the digital landscape, especially a finger on the pulse of modern AI developments in ad tech.
    • Commercial Acumen: You understand business numbers, margins, and how paid media impacts a client’s wider P&L and digital ecosystem.
    • Analytical Power: Comfortable working in advanced analytics environments to tie media spend directly to business outcomes.
    • Client-Facing Flair: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex digital concepts simply.
    • Bonus Points: Proven experience navigating Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or emerging paid media channels.
