How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role


    As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across business development, operations, customer engagement, campaign coordination, sales performance, and client support.

    This role is designed to provide structured training and practical experience in communication, leadership, business strategy, operational management, and entrepreneurship while supporting live client campaigns and business activities.

    This opportunity also offers a clear pathway into business operations, leadership, campaign management, and client development as you progress within the company.


    You’ll begin by developing core fundamentals in:

    • Business development and client growth strategies
    • Sales performance and KPI tracking
    • Campaign support and client communication
    • Team collaboration and operational coordination

    Key Responsibilities


    • Participate in ongoing training focused on business development, operations, leadership, and communication
    • Support the delivery and coordination of client campaigns
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs
    • Support day-to-day business operations and team coordination
    • Represent client brands professionally during customer interactions
    • Contribute to team objectives and overall business performance


    Who We’re Looking For

    • Comfortable working in a team-focused environment

    • No prior experience required – full training provided
    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, sales, or other customer-facing roles may be beneficial but is not essential.
