Your Role:
As an SEMH Specialist, you will:
ā Design bespoke, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
ā Provide nurturing, trauma-sensitive support to foster emotional and academic growth.
ā Encourage positive behaviour and social skills in 1:1 or small-group settings.
ā Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.
We Need You If You Have:
ā QTS/QTLS certification + 2+ years' teaching experience (SEMH/SEND preferred).
ā Proven ability to support students with SEMH, complex needs, or challenging behaviours.
ā Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) + up-to-date safeguarding training.
ā Right to work in the UK + two professional references.
