Description
Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee quality control processes across production lines, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Analyse quality metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and process enhancements.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
Degree qualified or equivalent
7+ years of experience in QA / quality management
Skilled in QMS tools (FMEA, 8D, audit)
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Continuous Improvement trained knowledge
Experience in people coaching and development
