Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + up to £5,000 bonus + pension

The role
This is a key position within the commercial and operations team, responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships while also supporting new business activity.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to deliver a high level of service while ensuring commercial opportunities are maximised.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare and calculate quotations
Support account growth and identify new opportunities within existing clients
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to build competitive pricing
Attend client meetings (where required)
Maintain accurate records, reports, and KPI data
Provide a high level of customer service and communication at all times
Experience required
Strong B2B sales or customer service experience
Experience calculating quotations
Confidence handling customer and supplier negotiations
Experience managing or developing client relationships
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Good IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Personal attributes
Confident and professional communicator (written and verbal)
Positive, proactive, and commercially minded
Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Calm under pressure and able to manage deadlines effectively
