How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented technician looking to join an innovative manufacturing business?

Our client, an award-winning UK additive manufacturing company, is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Production Technician to support post-processing, part preparation, and production activities across its growing operation.

Working with advanced FDM, SLS, SLA, and MJF technologies, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer parts are finished, inspected, and prepared to the highest standards before delivery.

    The Role:

This is a practical, workshop-based position focused on post-processing and preparing components for customer dispatch. You'll work across multiple additive manufacturing technologies, supporting production teams in a fast-paced environment where quality and attention to detail are essential.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or workshop experience who is keen to develop new skills in advanced manufacturing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Support the removal and post-processing of parts produced using FDM, SLA, SLS, and MJF technologies.

    * Carry out cleaning, washing, and powder removal processes.

    * Perform bonding, insert installation, and basic assembly tasks.

    * Sand, fill, and prepare components for finishing and customer delivery.

    * Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections.

    * Package and prepare finished parts for dispatch.

    * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

    * Assist with wider production activities as required.

    Experience Required:

    * Previous experience in a manufacturing, workshop, engineering, or production environment.

    * Comfortable using hand tools, adhesives, and finishing equipment.

    * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    * Comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on role.

    * Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.

    * Previous additive manufacturing or 3D printing experience would be beneficial but is not essential
