HCR Recruitment is recruiting an Internal Recruiter for a specialist domiciliary care provider in Walsall. The role has become available due to a team member relocating to a new area and offers a great opportunity to join a well-established care organisation.
The Internal Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment within a regulated setting, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality care staff while maintaining full compliance throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for care and support staff
* Advertise and source candidates via job boards and local channels
* Conduct screening, telephone, and face-to-face interviews
* Manage onboarding and candidate communication
* Complete compliance checks (DBS, references, Right to Work, UKVI)
* Support recruitment events and work closely with operational teams

Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience is essential
* Healthcare/social care experience desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (ideally a driver)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Knowledge of compliance and Right to Work checks advantageous.
