Weld Inspector - Rotherham

📍 Location: Rotherham
🕒 Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday (Rotating Days & Nights)

Days: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Nights: 8:00pm - 6:00am
💷 Pay Rate: £19.13 per hourStafforce are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding engineering and manufacturing business based in Rotherham to recruit a Weld Inspector to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out quality inspections and audits
Monitor Health & Safety, Quality, and Productivity targets
Support team leadership when required
Maintain production records and shift handovers
Drive continuous improvement and uphold 5S standards
Promote a strong safety-first culture

Requirements:

Experience in a welding & fabrication environment (essential)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication and problem-solving skills
