How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Known for innovation, quality and fast-paced delivery, this organisation offers a highly collaborative environment where operational excellence and continuous improvement are key to success.

    Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday–Friday (standard hours with flexibility aligned to operational requirements)

    Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Planner to join a fast-paced Operations team within a complex manufacturing environment.

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating detailed production schedules that ensure customer demand is delivered efficiently and on time. In this Production Planner role, you will convert customer orders, forecasts and engineering requirements into achievable manufacturing plans while balancing capacity, materials and operational priorities.

The Production Planner will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to ensure smooth workflow across multiple product lines. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate ERP/MRP data, monitoring material availability and ensuring production plans remain realistic, visible and achievable.

In this Production Planner position, you will support daily and weekly production reviews, providing clear updates on priorities, risks and progress, while escalating issues before they impact delivery. The Production Planner will also play a key role in identifying bottlenecks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, efficiency and production flow.

    Skills & Experience:

In this role, the Production Planner should have experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, supply chain planning or materials control within an engineering, electronics or high-reliability environment. Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of production flow, capacity planning and WIP management.

    Why Should You Apply?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge manufacturing environment where you will have real impact on delivery performance and operational success. You’ll be part of a business that values precision, innovation and continuous improvement, with genuine opportunities to develop your career in a highly technical and fast-moving industry
