The Role:
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well established business based in the New Forest, for an experienced Finance Manager to join its central finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a broad and varied role.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, support reporting and controls, manage and develop a small finance team, and work closely with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and review management accounts
Manage budgets, forecasts and cashflows
Review VAT returns and group reconciliations
Support operational teams with financial insight
Improve finance processes and reporting systems
Experience and Qualifications:
Strong VAT and management accounting knowledge
Proven people management experience
Advanced Excel and systems skills
Commercial, analytical and proactive mindset
Salary and Benefits:
£60,000–£70,000
