How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Social worker  (Health Liaison Worker) - Adults

    Are you a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Social Worker (Senior QSW) with experience working within adult health and social care? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior QSW (Health Liaison Worker) to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving health outcomes and providing vital support to adult clients in need.

    About the Role:

    The Senior QSW (Health Liaison Worker) will be responsible for working directly with adult clients, health professionals, and care teams to coordinate care, facilitate communication, and ensure the delivery of appropriate services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong assessment skills, excellent communication, and experience working within health and social care environments.

    Candidate Responsibilities:

    Act as a key point of contact between health services, social care teams, and adult clients to ensure seamless care coordination.
    Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs, risks, and eligibility for support.
    Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual client requirements.
    Facilitate effective communication among multi-disciplinary teams to promote client well-being.
    Support the delivery of services that enable independence and improve overall health outcomes.
    Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection policies.
    Lead case reviews and contribute to team discussions on complex cases.
    Provide advice, guidance, and support to less experienced colleagues within the team.Candidate Requirements:

    Proven experience working as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) within adult health and social care.
    Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding, mental capacity, and care planning.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    Relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
    Experience in health liaison or care coordination is desirable.Benefits and Details:
