Our client based In Coventry are recruiting for a paint mixer to join their small, friendly team. Full training will be given on-site. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
As a Paint Mixer, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products are mixed to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:
Mixing various paint ingredients according to specified formulas and colour standards.
Operating mixing equipment and machinery with precision and care.
Conducting quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in colour and texture.
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for colour and attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role or a background in manufacturing is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
