Bank Registered Nurse

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Bank Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to join our client care team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified nurses seeking flexible shifts while making a real difference to the lives of their residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
* Support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
* Administer medications and treatments safely.
* Work in line with CQC standards, NMC Code of Conduct, and company policies.
* Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
* Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Active NMC PIN as a RGN or RMN
* Previous post-registration nursing experience.
* Care home or elderly care experience desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Caring, professional, and reliable approach.
