Deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is desirable
Experience with work packages within large projects
Job running experience
Excellent technical detailing skills
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
