We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school based in South East London for a September or an ASAP start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is confident supporting pupils with additional needs and creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
The school supports students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, moderate learning difficulties, and complex needs.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals
Manage behaviour effectively using positive and consistent strategies
Contribute to EHCP targets, progress reviews, and individual learning plans
Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Have previous SEN teaching experience
Be confident supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex needs
Have strong behaviour management skills
Be patient, adaptable, and resilient
Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learnersThe Role Offers:
