Duties of a Fast Fit Technician:
* Perform tyre fitting to a high standard, including emergency puncture repairs and fitting of runflat and EV tyres
* Conduct wheel alignments (training provided; preferred but not essential)
* Carry out vehicle health checks and fault diagnoses
* Conduct routine repairs such as brake replacements, exhaust fitting, and air conditioning servicing
* Liaise with customers to explain required work and promote additional services
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Stay up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and participate in training sessions
Requirements of a Fast Fit Technician:
* Enthusiastic and experienced tyre technician or fast fit mechanic
* Strong technical skills in tyre fitting and basic mechanical repairs
* Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy workshop environment
* Knowledge of wheel alignment, brakes, exhaust systems, and air conditioning (desirable)
* Excellent customer service skills and proactive approach
* Willingness to learn and engage in manufacturer training
* Previous experience working within automotive garages or service centres
