Duties of a PDI / Sales Technician:
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
* Prepare part-exchange vehicles for retail sale, ensuring compliance with dealership criteria
* Assist with vehicle sales preparation to support retail readiness
* Collaborate with a team of technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
* Deliver high standards of customer service through quality workmanship and professionalism
Requirements of a PDI / Sales Technician:
* Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, with recognised certification (IMI or City & Guilds Level 3)
* Proven experience as a PDI / Sales Technician will be advantageous, though motivated individuals with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
* Strong team player with a positive attitude and a professional approach
* Clean driving licence is essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
